Last year, June, I found a 2003 scout 162sf with 54 hours on the motor, 60hp 2 stroke Yamaha. An elderly couple used it about twice a year for shrimping. And it was garage stored. Bought it for 5k. Amazed at how shallow it drafts and how well it handles off the beaches. Put some add-ons for fishing and never looked back. Sure there are better boats for flats fishing but I can also run the beaches, been about 3 miles out and chase cobia, etc. Very impressed!

What? I mean the boat's are cool but with that prices hell no,and come on guys everybody knows the best skinny water boat is a kajak and you really can't get any stealthier

Victor Franqui if you want yourself a good new boat your gonna have to pay these prices. That’s just how it is. And yes while a kayak is a stealth boat, there is so much more you can do on a skiff.

I quit watching after the first boat. No way is this a great boat (Skul). Only positive thing is skinny water but there are s lot better boats to get in the skinny water than a Skul which leads me to think it is a sponsor boat company to say good things just like the commercial you speak on Costa glasses. We all know Costa glasses are good we don't need you to talk about them during a busy review. Guys I like you but we want the politics out of a boat review and give real opinions.
