I have surfed a few times, I am not good but I want a board to practice with and have consistent so I can get used to it! I am 5'1" 125 pounds, and have used super long boards (like 9 footers) and I was hoping to get something shorter but still good for a beginner. I am paranoid about getting the wrong one, but I like the look of this board and the hard casing, also the price for someone just starting. Your review has helped me, but I was considering getting the 7'6" board instead...any reason I should choose a slightly longer over a slightly shorter? Thanks for any help, I know this video is a few years old! I have done a ton of research but still paranoid!

Get a shaper, and explain your situation. Hope you get a real honest one that can make you a board that it'll suit you. Afterwards, start creating a quiver so you can surf diff. conditions. At least 4 boards is needed.

7, 6 you will be fine. Have a shaper make you one, then as you progress then get a quiver so you can surf any conditions.

J'ai 12 ans et cette planche est parfaite : Le poids de la planche est très bien, la taille adaptée à mon âge , légère à transportée et le design est vraiment beau, sans oublier le pad très pratique !
