Is it hard carpeting the tenellus in a tank with light at 1/4 w or below per liter? Any carpeting plant besides dwarf sag that work?

Nice thank. An inspiration to do one like it. I have a Juwel Rio240 tank which is just about the same size of this tank. I have been put off by my local fish shop about the fake rocks as they have too small holes in them halting the circulation inside the hollow section, enabling still water which may be harmful for the inhabitants. Nice to read that you didn't have any issues, but may I ask, was this long term safe? And also can I simply drill larger holes in the rocks to allow for greater circulation? One last thing... what illumination is there in this tank? I though echinodorus tenellus required strong lighting and also Co2 injection.

Nice aquascape Dan, However im seeing the rocks are hole in the inside. doesnt it get still water inside? Also wich pacs have you used? I see the replica rock /or8 one or twice?

+Dan Crawford Thx for the repsonse :) Im buying a 350 liter tank soon and saw oyur setup. I really loved it. Im going to add 3 pieces of bogwood to it. 1 in eachback corner leaning a bit to the fornt. And one smaller laying on the front. Good to know that you havent got any negative effects from the rocks. I was really curious about it since it wont have circulation inside the rocks i think. But now i know i shouldnt be worried about that :) Thx!

Hi Danny, thanks for the comment. Yes they are hollow and the do allow water inside, I saw no negative effects from this. I used OR/8 twice and one OR/5.
