George Do You know - test actually parameters in Your tank? I mean Hardness Macro Micro co2 Levels?

To be honest I paly with planted tanks In London for few years and I cannot imagine running planted tank with co2 and ferts for longer without testing or correction makro levels. I had so bad experience on awful tap water full of phosphates Gh over 20. I use osmosis + minerals Make my own dry salts mixtures and now I can enjoy plants in my tanks. But! Macro and Iron control is a must for me.

i was told angel fish require mnimum 50 cm height tank otherwise great simple aquascaping :)

Joey has probably viewed this vid and now thinking what he has got himself in to lol Just a quick question about the inlet/outlet for the canister filters... I have 2 set up on my tank but I always thought inlets should be on 1 side and outlets on another. But I see you have the other way. Does it actually make any difference or does it work the same?

hey George, i have the same inline CO2 atomiser on my 360 liters, on mine i have always a myst coming out the water flow, do you have the same issue ? the myst is all over the water colum when the CO2 is injected
(sorry for my English, i'm French)

Mr. Farmer, once again what a perfect beauty.
On the update video can you zoom in on the outlet pouring the co2 into the tank. I'd like to see how the bubbles flow into the tank vs an in-tank diffuser.
Also, great job on getting the cherries to breed. With so much filtration it seems your tank water is practically sterile. With that do you feed your shrimp specific food, add peat to your canisters, check tds?

There's no valve on it so it's fine to run either way, if you have the CO2 inlet pointing down though, less chance of the line kinking and looks a little neater going straight in rather than looping around.

Bloodworm Just show her a couple of George's videos! That's what I did with my partner. She now agreed to swap the TV, too, for a nice 200cm tank, I just started the planning! It's going to be fantastic, I feel very much inspired by George's aquascapes, and I like his approach to low maintenance but yet stunningly beautiful tanks a lot. I just wished I lived around his corner and could chat about aquascaping over a nice glass of wine from time to time
