Hey Ben, nice tank. The betta has an interesting pattern on him too. For bettas with scraggly tail you can trim it with one clean cut and it will regrow straight again. Although it can be tricky to do this. And of course you can hid tail leave ot as he is. Hes still pretty either way. :)

I'm probably going to leave the tail as it is. He looked worse than this when I first got him and it grew back nice and straight. He is just in the habit of biting his tail fin. Thanks for the advice!
