Evo Fanboi You could try, but he may pick on them. Best bet would probably be a snail since they have the hard shell for protection, but he still may hurt it.

CookieDog 1357 I do both. They are scavengers so they'll find their own food. I also feed mine algae wafers every now and then.

My dwarf frogs are very active and when i added a few of my guppies to their 5gal tank they picked on the fish and even killed one .... if only i had a more docile pair of adf i might add a beta to brighten up their tank

The minimum size for a dwarf frog is a 10 gallon tank! But if they are on their own without any tank mates, they should be okay in a 5 gallon

Hi. That shelf you have in this video. I have a shelf that I think is just like it. I am wondering what is the largest tank you've had on it for any length of time? I'd kind of prefer not to ruin the shelf so it would be nice to know if you have any idea what size tank can be safely kept on it before the shelves start to sag permanently?

tropical fish. Plecos get to be at least 8 inches common Plecos have been known to get 2+ feet; 40 gallons is minimum for smaller species like bristle nose.

Combed Autumn no no no! I meant for a common pleco, as they get up to 2 feet long! Bettas will be fine in 5-20 gallons!

Mallard feather AJ 160 gallons for a betta? I thought the general rule was 1 cm per litre or 1inch per gallon, betta only grow to a max of 2.5 inches. In a 160 gallon tank you could put 60 of them not 1, 5 gallons is ample for a single betta

certain species of plecos should have at least 55 gallons or more and the reccomended size for a common betta is 160 gallon!

tropical fish no they don't plecos get too large and have a huge bioload that they need 100 litres minutes, any responsible fish keeper with a small plec will tell you that

jcressi07 You should be able to put a couple ottos and/or 5-10 ghosties, just make sure to feed em algae wafers a couple times a week.

Thanks, man. I’ve got six male bettas in tanks ranging from 3 to 10 gallons, getting another tank set up for betta number seven. They’re like potato chips lol. Two cohabit nicely with zebra nerites, one betta hangs peacefully with a zebra & an African dwarf frog (10 gallon). Tried a zebra nerite in a 5 gallon but found out that particular betta is super aggressive. I’m going to try some ghost shrimp in a couple of the tanks and see how it goes. I appreciate your videos so much.

ime3py41 Generally around 2.5 gallons, but with that said, I Have a handicapped female betta with a misaligned back in a .75 gallon because she cannot swim well. I also have a 2 gallon with a betta, but it is longer and wider that it is tall.
