Its not perfect for him just saying that plants in your tank are from what I can see are hard plastc wich will tear up and distroy your bettas fins and there should be more water in the bowl pluse bowls are teribble for bettas and a pinch might be to much or they will start bloating so please get a tank for por harvie I have rased bettas for a while now so I know what Im doing

Yeah plus I think that heater might break if it isn't fully submerged make sure to get a bigger tank and test water parameters or else he'll die

cute fish!!! you obviously care a lot about him, so i recommend you get him a really nice 2.5+ gallon set up. you already have the heater, which is crucial, but if you have another $25 or $30 to spend you should get him a tank like this: http://www.petsmart.com/fish/tanks-aquariums-and-nets/top-fin-3.5-gallon-enchant-aquarium-38392.html?cgid=300207
unfortunately what you have him in now isn't quite large enough for him to live the life you want him to )-: i know there's a lot of mixed information out there on betta fish care, but it is widely agreed amongst betta fish keepers that bettas are much happier and healthier when they have at least 2.5 gallons of heated (and filtered) water! (-: hopefully you'll keep that in mind! please don't think i'm bashing or hating on you, you show much more love than most people. i just want to let you know about some other options. thank you, great video!
