Weirdo Wolf it's a sorority tank you can keep 5 females in a tank and you need at least 30 gallon for that since she has 29 then there perfectly fine

DO NOT PUT A MALE AND FEMALE BETTA TOGETHER! Also yes you do have to change water. It depends on the size for your tank. How many gallons is your tank?

just a suggestion.. move the heater onto the opposite side of the tank as the filter.. if you leave it as it is, your filter intake is sucking up all the water you're heating.. if you put it on the opposite side of the filter, by the outtake, or even a different part of the tank, your tank will be heated better.. :)
