Betta Fish in a Planted 20 Gallon Community Tank (Update)
Betta 8 years ago 15,151 views
5 female Bettas living in a planted 20 gallon long community tank. They live with other peaceful community fish. We use a Aqueon Quiet Flow internal Filter in the tank. There is no heater in the tank. Where we live is very hot and the tank has a consistent temperature of 78F without a heater for most of the year. When the weather goes cooler we add a heater. ** Female Bettas do not always get along, there are never any guarantees with Betta fish. You need a planted tank and a minimum of 5 females. Minimum tank size 15-20 gallons. If you choose to put females together you need to be sure you have the resources and the space to separate them if necessary. **The water flow in the video looks to be strong. The filter has adjustable water flow and it was on the wrong setting. It's been corrected. Lets connect!
