@8miz8ani8 how strong is your filter intake? if it is like a normal filter with the rod intake that goes into the water he could be swimming to close to it and his big fancy fins could be getting sucked in. i have that happen to some of my veil tail comet goldfish. you could try getting an in tank whisper filter which has a low intake speed making it safer for your fish.
