You can use super glue to glue some of the wood to the rocks so they won't float :)

Thanks. I have a Fluval and an Aqueon kit and I had to upgrade the lights on both tanks. Seems the lights they came with assume you'll be using plastic plants.

And I love that its Betta...wish tank wood be bit biguer just to see what kind a fish apart of betta will be there..but in this I guess only Betta will be..So I hope soon she gets next tank where to make community tank of Betta girls and other fish to teach us all(or atleast me)How its done! Hey awesome setup, I went and purchased a twig catfish and a lot of people are telling me it can be difficult, any main reasons for this, I've got him or her in a heavily planted 55 gallon with bloodfin tetras and rainbows. I also have glass catfish, I expect it to eat what I feed my Corey cats and otocinclus. Mainly algae pellets and every now and then a blanched zucchini. ;-)

+Parker Alwan twig cats aren't difficult, they are pretty awesome, but dumb as rocks. As long as the tank is mature, they should do fine.

I have been doing this since i was 11 (i'm 14 now) and I've kept a big spectrum of fish ranging from tetra's and angels to snakeheads and L numbers. I'm in love with this hobby

That is how it goes isn´t it My grandfather gave me the bug. From before i can remember he lived a few doors down the street. i never went to daycare or whatever whenever my mom was out i was with the old man before i could even walk he had no fishroom the entire place was filled with tanks and stuff. Then my fith birthday came and at his hand i walked into our local LFS he got my very first tank to the eternal dismay of my mom a 96 Ltr one. I still have and run to this day That is 33 years ago. I miss that man dearly.

Are nano tanks more difficult to maintain because of the small size? I thought the pH, nitrate and such can fluctuate very easily. Is regular super glue fish safe? Probably a dumb question lol

Super glue is totally fish and invertebrate safe. smaller tanks are more difficult because of the small volume/dilution

These Nano tanks are one of the Huge improvements in the hobby. They move people up from unsustainable bowls, and they are able to provide multiple species tanks for fish that otherwise struggle to cope in large community aquariums.
