petsmart has limited supply. petco as more. pet supermarket has a fair amount of silk plants. you can get great deals on floating logs and betta hammocks at big als on line. I mean great deals. logs for like about 7 bucks. as opposed for 14 or 15 at pet smart. I do a lot of water changes. 2 x 1 and a half gallon on 5 gallon tanks. and 1x 3.5 or so on my 10s. Los bettas healthy. I scrub tank, rinse baffle floss every week. rinse filter sponge in aquarium water. but all my filters have bio rings in them. you can string bio cubes that have holes with fishing line. and shove them in even cheap wall mart filters. I customize a lot of filters. not so much my accuclear as they are perfect. I may add extra rings to them. do a video on this. I am not tech savvy. am old sucker...but at 63 I run play ice hockey and work out at gym.

I bought this same tank from Walmart, too, it's a great little set-up for Bettas for a decent price. I house my crown tail in it & he's definitely the king of his castle! Thanks for sharing your video!

i have individual bettas in 5. 10 gallons 3. 5 gallons. one 15 and one 6.6 bookshelf. 7 boys 3 girls. I do all kinds of special stuff. baffle filters w floss. bio cubes in filters. all have floating logs. bottom caves. only one planted. rest silk plants

Fish Guy make sure the mollies are in there FIRST and keep them in there for about a week and a half then gradually introduce the betta by floating it in a cup or putting then in those breeder things. If it starts flaring then they aren't compatible. Some bettas have different levels of aggression. I'm not sure about the swordtails though

FISH _OUT OF_WATER I usually wouldn't buy fish from Wal-Mart either, but the one out of many near me actually has nice looking fish. It might be because it's a new store though, lol!
