I think you started out strong, and touched upon important things like guppies.com 's decadency; but as time progressed iy seemed you lost some focus on staying on the same topic. This seems to happen on both the long and short format.
I'd reccomend making a quick layout of the topics you'd like to cover and stick to that until you run out of topics, then improvise from there. It seems most successful podcasts do it that way and it works for them, I think the Co-op would benefit from this too.
