+Msangelina408 When I do a water change I pull the filter out and rinse it in the water that I took out to keep in the bacteria. I never runse it under the tap water.

Plants shouldn't be left in the plastic pots with rock wool. You're supposed to remove all that so the roots are able to spread out and grow. Healthier roots = healthier plant.

Nice name choice, but if you get another white betta you could name them Quartz. Also how do you clean your tank? I empty out the gravel every time I do 100% water changes and clean it but I was wondering if there was a better way.

seems like you have black beard algae. I would get an amano shrimp or two to eat it eventually it will kill your plants. how many bettas do you have?

I just bought this same tank and has been cycling for little over a week and the water is still cloudy. How do you get yours so clear. I don't have city water I have well water I don't know if that makes a difference or not?

+Jessica Smith I used my city water, it could be the well water but with the filter running it should of cleared up by now. Do a 50% water change and see if it clears up.

+salpanahi Yes it is all in one. The filter is build in, there is no pump. Just plug it in and rinse the carbon and bio bag inside once in a while.

I found my Platinum Betta at a fish store in Toronto, he is so beautiful. They are hard to find and cost more than the other Bettas. Only $23.00. Worth every penny.

Your betta is so gorgeous!! Maybe Olaf or Frosty could be his name.
I'd love too see more and more videos on your bettas (because I'm a betta channel)!
And you could also try some mystery snails, shrimp, or algae eating fish to clean up the algae in your tank! :)
