Only if has barbed fins witch is not common unless a catfish or Pleco what's best is to catch them in a little bucket no net or hands is best and net is better than hands unless that one case like I said

i wanted to pick up some ghost shrimp.. for part of my cleaning crew.. but they creep me out.. so i'm still on the fence about getting them.. lol

Ive had my betta for a couple of months now.I always catch him staring at me while lying on a rock, facing towards me. And as soon as I look he swims up lol. I think it's so cute. He also hates me taking a picture of him when he's staring at me. ( i try to take a picture from a far without him noticing) but when he notices my phone he gets up lol

My red veil tail and three cory's live in harmony. At first Alec chased the Three Amigo's and kind of spooked them, but realized that they keep his tank clean. I have one with a pleco (yes I know very random) and they seem to do fine, although Moss needs to move to a larger tank in a year or so, which I own. Snails are another option. I've had calm schooling fish with some before. So long as there isn't any bright colors or long fins.

but with a 10 gallon or larger tank... you could potentially with a 5+ gallon but it's not recommended.

It wont get shocked, just don't make the waters temperature too different from its old temp. I added my betta in his new 5 gallon tank from his 1 gallon right away. She was just fine. She ate the minute i put her in there.

You could get a few Cory Cats and possibly a dwarf frog. The Cory's would be could gravel cleaners. I would just try one at first and see how it does with the Betta. Some are more aggressive then others. I had to put my ghost shrimp in my goldfish tank because the Betta wound up eating a couple. Mine is very aggressive. Ghost shrimp are sold as feeders though so I guess it's not too horrible. Cories are recommended to house with Betta's but you just have to try and see how it goes.
