oh no... Way to small. They need at least a 5 gallon and i would prefer a least a 8 gallon tank. Some people even say at least 60 cm. And i would say you need life plants, thats way more healthier for the tank.

+TF-HP L-AQ I was told many times a 2.5 gallon is fine when some of my fish pass away I will sell a 2.5 gallon and try to get a 5 gallon at least

+Brilliant Bettas i know you try and im sure you want the best for your fish. But it is just a shame that fish stores give the wrong information. Yes you can keep a betta in a verry small tank, but that wont say it will be happy.
Live plants arent a must first of all. But i really recommend it. It looks better and there is more life in your tank. Besides they keep your tank healthy.
