After having a goldfish tank (160L) for over a year I had always wanted tropical so decided to get a "beginners" tank (40L) and stocked it with neon tetras and guppies to prepare for a betta. I purchased a lovely half moon betta we call Django and I kept him in a large glass bowl beside the tank for 3 days so he could get used to me and see the other fish. I then put him in a small glass jar and floated him in the tank for 30 mins to see if there was any aggressive reaction but all seemed fine so I released him. This video is after 30 minutes in tank and all seems ok. At the beginning of the video he is hard to make out as he is a brown colour but look for him on the left hand side.
