I know I am not the CJ Way but you should get the National Geographic Brand. The Aqueon one is not good because it has meal in it and anything that has meal in it is not particularly good for your fish.

U should totally get ghost shrimp, just make sure u give them something to hide in! And btw I breed guppies and sometimes the fry will just die but I think ur prob is they need a filter and a heater :p
