My Betta Fish Rio Enjoying his new Tank with Almond Leaf.

The Betta Fish in the Video is named Rio, he is a Crown Tail Siamese Fighting fish. Rio seems to enjoy his new tank. I added 1 Almond leaf & the Betta Fish seems to like it. The water color did change however the tank seems to look good to me. I used rocks to create a artificial cave, a clay pot with Bio-Foam inside which will help beneficial bacteria growth. Almond leafs help betta by providing shelter & mimicking its natural habitat. Almond leaves help Betta fish to stay healthy by improving their immune system. Almond leaves carry natural properties to fighting fungus, unwanted bacteria in the tank. Almond leaves also helps to make the water little acidic as preferred by the Betta Fish. He is a lovely fish! Have you thought of adding some floating plants? My Betta boys love to hang out just under the frogbit. Plants will also help with nitrates. You must live in a warm climate as you didn't mention a heater.

You are right about my location, I have a Heater in all my tanks, its not turned On at the moment its very hot here. I'm working on a planted Betta Fish Tank for My next Video with Blue Veil-Tail Betta , I don't have any floating Plants however I'm using Java Moss, Cabomba, Amazon Sword & some drift wood. Good you mentioned floating plants - I just got an Idea :)
