You have the racks stacked a bit off.
The mid canopy ( being covered ) should go on top and the top one goes in the middle ( where it uses then bottom of the next piece as a cover ).
The top has to have a covered canopy to prevent evaporation and heat loss.

Plus, Joey does a lot of his work himself in his house. That's his whole shtick...he legit will just knock out a wall in his home and build a fish tank. I wouldn't really compare the 2, especially when they are friends and have guested on each other's channels. Also Joey picks on Jennie cuz he's not a huge goldfish fan and generally goes for carnivorous fish.
for your cats health, i really hope you will read up and do some research on raw diets and how much better it is for your cats, and dog if you have any.

If it works for you, that's great. But it is not for everyone, nor is it for every cat. Speaking in absolutes about what "the best" diet for cats is doesn't help anyone because every single individual animal is different and has different needs. It would be very unwise to ignore this fact.
