Thinking ahead, here's what you plan for. Put your business area in the rear of the greenhouse. You then set up a meeting area at the front. Who ya gonna invite to a meeting? Well business aquaintances, but who else? Why, the Aquarium Societies of Louisville and Lexington. If they don't have a regular meeting area, you offer to host their monthly meetings. If they have a regular meeting place, you offer to host a couple of meetings a year. You send out meeting notices also, to Cincinnati. Finally, if there are no aquarium societies in the area, you send out notices to those cities that you are bringing in a guest speaker (Joey or Rachel) and forming an aquarium society. [Of course, you let them elect someone else president so the work doesn't fall on you.]

And what do you gain from this? Why, business, brother. Shoppers right in your building several times a year and referrals to all their hobbyist friends. And you become the grand old man of the aquarium hobby for the south central United States.

Between 1982 and 2002 I drove from New York City to the Derby every year, stopping in Cincinnati for some 5-way chili. then on to the Derby (I was a net winner for those 20 years - great times), then a stop on the way back in Lexington to visit the horse farms. Ed Staart my own iron German will- it sucked- i had 3 imports come in- wishing I had the gh. My gut told me to wait (I wanted to move in at the start of grow season- closing end of the year- fixing a few months and be ready to plant in the spring (avoid high heat bills first winter- get it under control first). Patients is the key

Congrats homie.. Good luck with your journey... So quick question... I started a dirted bowl... Its near a window but not in direct sunlight.. So far a rosette sword thats been on the verge of dying for like 6 months.. I planted it in the bowl and its now growing new leaves... So there is also anubias nana petite in there... And ive noticed some melt back... What should i do about the anubias.. Also... If i were to plant some baby tears in there... Will they die because im not running co2??

Baby tears will die. However their normal version will be fine. Baby tears are a really high tech plant and are even hard too keep with co2.

Don't rent the other part too fast...your growth could be stellar if you play it right. There are lots of markets for plants if you can get a piece of their pie as a competitor or as a supplier to them.
