Splashy And Bubbles YT if you want to keep females together they need to be very non agressive and you must have atleast 5 females in a minimum 10 gallon tank with plenty of hides and plants(id say 2-3 hides or plants per fish)hoped this helped:))

I know it's an old vid and old comments but I've seen some comments about not having a heater This is for the ppl who are watching now and if the others read it. it's not animal cruelty. Some people live in super warm areas where the water is already in a tropical temperature all the time. I have to get a heater coz I'm in Australia and there are so many drastic weather changes (literally this week is in the middle of winter and it was over 30 degrees Celsius and just a day later there's ice on the car window.) but some places in Canada and the US and other tropical regions are the perfect temperature for the water to be correct Plus she had a heater, just needed one for the bigger tank. And it doesn't matter if it's too small the one in other tanks. It's still heats doesn't it? Sure it takes longer but it does the job. Please don't leave hate comments on this It's the reason why she doesnt do many vlogs. Everything in the vid is perfect for bettas(except for the cups&bowls a the shop)

But some males can live happily with smaller gentle, fish. Females can also be fine in a community tank, always remember, YOU NEED TO HAVE A LARGE TANK AND CHOOSE THE CORRECT FISH THAT ARE COMPATIBLE. Also, if you have a large enough tank, you can have a group of Betta fish. Also, it all depends on the fish's individual personality. Some are more aggressive than others, and some are much more peaceful.

I have a silver Molly and a snail in a three and a half gallon tank and 2 guppies and 2 snails in another 3 and a half gallon tank and then a betta and a moss ball in a 2 and a half gallon tank and then 2 comet goldfish in a 10 gallon tank. (They all have a filter expect the betta fish tank) (And they all have plant and things for them to swim through)

No hate at all but it is recommend for bettas to have heaters, it is proven that they live longer and healthier lives with heaters! I'm not hating in any way shape or form, but if you get a chance you should get your betta a heater! You can get a 50 watt from Walmart for $15

2 bettas in a sorority is not good stronger veats up smaller go with uneven numbers and also bettas need at least 2.5 gallons heated and filtered and goldfish need 20 gallons each goldfish and you get hate because you need to tale care of fish them the hate will magically disappear just take care of your fish or dont get them

ok sorry i will slow down this time. ok so bettas each need 2.5 gallons at a minimum because of their territorial nature and in the wild they live in rice paddies with tons of room! also they need a filter for each tank (more so on smaller ones because of ammonia build up and other chemicals) they also need a heater set to 76-80 because they are tropical and need warm water; i didn't see the filter or heater on the lone fishes tank. in a sorority odd numbers are best because they bigger stronger female will most often bully the weaker smaller one and 5-7 are often the best numbers for a sorority (not in 8 gallons tho!!) :) and i also goldfish need 20 gallons per fish for fancy ones (black moor are fancy and they need temps. of around 60 and a strong filter (they are very messy and have no "stomach" so food goes in and comes out as poop very quickly the 20 gallons is for mess and some even grow to a feet long!) sorry about last time i was in a rush and of course the key board thing
