This is in Tampa? I’m about an hour away in Orlando. We have a lot of springs here as well. Where do you live Dustin? (Sorry I’ve followed the channel for quite awhile and watched a good amount of vids but never quite caught that. I wanna say Ohio??? lol)

Pretty awesome man. Saw you jump in and grab that crypt. Lol. I JUST got into planted tanks about a month ago (always did fake plants.) I manage a pet store so I do all the aquatic plant ordering so I’m starting to slowly learn about plants. I have crypt in my tank and I love it. I also have Amazon Sword and anubias on driftwood and a few moss balls. Plants are awesome.

Very cool. There are lots of springs in Florida. I lived near Gemini Springs in Debary. There was a large park that was so beautiful. You had to be very careful of the alligators. During my walks there I saw many blue herons and lots of varied waterfowl, a few snakes, a lovely turtle, deer and fox kits. I was told by a wildlife watcher on the trail there were wild boars and some sort of strange leopard type creature. I can't remember what he called it. The plant life was spectacular. I saw a bald eagle and a yearling and I watched a nest of osprey grow up.
A few miles away was Blue Springs State Park. This is an amazing park. You can swim in the Springs and from fall till the end of winter manatees migrate to the warm springs during the cooler weather.
Sadly the springs near my house when I lived there had a bacterial bloom which put the end to swimming before I moved there.
Thanks for reminding me how beautiful the wooded areas are. They were my favorite. Great video ! Go history major !

Dustin sorry but soo much is wrong in this video, I practically live 2 year next to him, we had brunch almost every Sunday at the Howard Johnsons. A>l had some of his first plants by zeppelin from my Grandfather, he knew my family better than any other American, we were very close friends, and thse guys do not seem to know much of the real history. Al was an amazing gentlemen and th American Icon of aquarium plants, always got the newest findings
