No, that wouldn't be too safe. Bettas like their space and 3 gallons is way too small.

It seems like you're a very caring fish owner however from what I can see most of your tanks are greatly over stocked. A 3 gallon is perfect to handle the bioload of one fish, not three. And I see you split a 2.5 gallon. That's only roughly 1.25 gallons for each betta which is simply not enough. For tanks these small and heavily stocked you need to be doing 50% water changes every other day. Other wise you are allowing ammonia to build up much too quickly and much too high. Your guppies need larger numbers, and shouldn't be in anything less than a 10 gallon tank based off of their swimming patterns. I really wish you would take the time to research your fish. 1 step to responsible fish care is research. Given that you're so young I hope you do grow to learn this.

On the 2.5 gallon i do 50% every 3-5 days and a complete water change every few weeks. For the 10 gallon i go 25% a week

+Nana Mey an air pump puts oxygen in the water. A filter filterers waste from the water and also creates a stream of water. It is not required and is a personal opinion. I don't believe you need one

I got my fish a few minutes more to acclimate I left school early because of a headhake witch might be a minegrain and I named him butterscotch since his collar is butterscotch XD

There regrettably isn't unless you live near Thailand or in Hawaii and the temperature stays at 78F at all times. Bettas are tropical so unless you plan to have guppies or cloud minnows heaters should be provided.

yeah, here I go..

1) the suction cups on the filter will last 2 months before they don't stick anymore
2) since the tank doesn't have a frame on the top, the water will reshape it and make the lid keep falling in.
3) the lid has too much open space for a fish to jump out of.
4) the bubbler leds seem to last, but the red leds died on me.
5) it scratches very easily, so clean carefully
6) the filter was severely underpowered for the height of the tank

btw, you didn't cycle that tank. It'll have an ammonia spike and kill all of the fish. To cycle this tank, you would've need 1 fish a 1/4 of an inch long. It takes a month or two to cycle a tank. Without cycling, there isn't any bacteria to nom nom on the ammonia.
If you do a fish-in cycle, which is the inhumane way, you'd need one inch of fish for every 10 gallons

Just gonn say as much as its nice to have those tanks why not just get 2 20 gallon long divide them both 4 ways and then add 4 sponge filters in each section build some dividers, and you would only have to run 2 50 watt heater. This would save you a lot of money since you would only have to run 1 air pump for 8 sponge filters have only 2 heaters and maybe 2 lights if you want lights. It would save you money and space! You would be able to keep 3-4 bettas per each tank depending on how much room you want per betta. Thus with 2 20 gallon long you can have a max of 8 bettas.

Petco is currently having a $1 per gallon sale, not sure if it's for all petcos in the US. so it might not be a bad idea to check it out. I got a 20 gallon long yesterday for around 22$ and they usually cost $40. It's a great money saver :)
