My female Betta is a jerk. Sometimes I throw in Sera Catfish Chips for the bristlenose plecos. The bristlenose starts eating. He's quite territorial and will push away any fish that comes close to his food.
Then comes the Betta. She is inspecting from above the food that is already partially in the plecos mouth. At some moment she cannot hold herself back and, with a sudden move, she takes the food out of the plecos mouth and swims away like a bully, leaving him hungry.
