Hey Glenn how do I keep my battery good throughout the winter months. So they do not go bad.

The worst thing you can do to your battery is to leave it at a state of discharge for extended periods. Batteries naturally loose their charge over time. So I charge my batteries at least once a week throughout the year, and every time immediately after use. Some people prefer keeping them on a trickle charger 24/7, but I killed two chargers in three years that way. So now I do it once-per-week.
