The tank vent hose MUST have a LOOP inside the boat with the top part of the loop HIGHER than the outside vent! I can see,the vent is too high,the boat manuf,does not know it all, nither does anyone,lol

It's funny how he made the comment that it's important to take the safety precautions when removing a bird's nest and I noticed right away that he wasn't wearing a mask the fact is birds do carry many diseases, and if they had a boat cover this wouldn't be an issue. That fuel hose still could be good if it's longer and not too hard just cut a small piece off the hose and reconnect it. Not everything needs to be always replaced.
