@46Shikamaru46 I know the rating but a SEAL can go to a SDV team which is a SEAL Deployment Vehicle Team. They insert and extract SEALs on mission. SEALs go back and forth during their career at their choice or depending on necessity. So yes, a seal that has been assigned to either SDV 1 or 2 will act as a SWCC. If I am wrong about any of this then my bad, but that is what my research has come up with.

@nhetzer SWCC are actually SEALs assigned to a SDV team. In your career as a SEAL you can choose to an extent to go to SWCC or SEAL and get additional training.

@67mustangreg SWCC or SEAL, one or the other. It's not a matter of choice, it's the way it is. If you need to hear it for yourself call your local dive motivator.

I would like to say that SWCC's are Navy, they transport SEAL's and give ass-loads of fire support via anything from M240's to the mighty minigun. And they always follow safe boating rules,
