I'm a beginner and my right foot feels dominant when I get up, but it's weird because I almost immediately want to switch to left foot forward..any suggestions?

The foot you learn on doesn't even matter once you have a couple lessons and you learn to ride switch. I started with left forwards and learnt switch before I even got on the main system. (I learn on cable).

there are exceptions. my right foot is dominant. I ride snowboard, wakeboard, surfboard, skateboard regular stance. but skim board I ride goofy

regular = right foot in back. goofy = left foot in back. and NORMALLY you will be more comfortable with you dominant foot in back...
