Leviathan's Ghost is much shorter than JAWS as I wonder if anyone managed to pull a haunting killer shark tale in short form before this as my story has a cult following on AuthorsDen as it pulled comparisons to Peter Benchley if he wrote with H.P. Lovecraft https://www.wired.com/2014/07/sharks-arent-in-the-great-lakes-but-testicle-nipping-fish-are/ this article points out the real fish in Lake Michigan are nut-nipping relatives of the pirannah as they might been released as they got too big for their fish tank. (The shark story came from a report my local newschannel did "Is that a shark in Lake Michigan?" So I joked to trolls who gave me flack "Do you know we have a pet bull shark, we call him Dagon.")

I've rented this film years before writing "Leviathan's Ghost" as I also seen Shark Attack 2 (man this one is a piece of shit.) I saw 12 Days of Terror then sought the book out about the shark attacks (this movie is a true story in New Jersey during World War I as the book became part of how I wrote Leviathan's Ghost in 2004.) The story itself was set in 1990 as Yest Ye Become One is set in the modern era with a lot of jokes about Sharknado and Deep Blue Sea - the short story has a lot of sarcasm and dark humor about shark attacks mentioning a Bull Shark swimming up to the Alton, Illinois, part of the river as they've been found in the river in D.C.
