Black Arowana & Wayne Ng Discus tropical aquarium

This is my former home tank with a Black Arowana & Discus fish wich I had to sell once I knew that I was going on my trip to Suriname. The aquarium contains 10 Discus fish from Wayne Ng. Wayne Ng is a great breeder from Hong Kong. Besides the discus it contained a wild caught Amazonian Black Arowana, a school of Mikrogeophagus Altisipinosa and Corydoras Sterbai. The aquarium also housed some L number catfish like 2 LDA31, 2 L204, and an albino Ancistrus. Please enjoy the video. Please like and comment! Thanks for the 10.000 views!

Hi Kevin. Those are bolivian rams, but comparable with blue rams. I don't know what kind of Arowana you would like to ad but mine was a Black Arowana and they are a little less aggressive then other arowana species, in my opinion. I was also lucky the Arowana was more of a friendly type then most Arowana's. I added the Arowana quite young at 15/20cm the rams where all adults at that moment. 

Sadly I had to brake down the tank and sell the fish because I moved to Suriname.

haha sorry, ben tijdje niet echt online geweest. er staat nu een bak van 200x50x50, en wil eigenlijk eentje meer in de richting 250-300 cm maken, afhankelijk van de hoogte, ik heb een silver arowana, zuid amerikaanse longvis, clown mesvis, en ik hou polypterus soorten

Ik moest helaas tijdelijk stoppen omdat ik een half jaar naar Suriname ga en er niemand mijn vissen kan verzorgen in de tussentijd. Wanneer ik terug ben ga ik beginnen aan een nieuwe bak met roggen maar hoe ik het idee precies vorm ga geven weet ik nog niet maar daar komen ook vanzelf weer video's van. De bak waar jij mee bezig bent is ook een erg mooie maat! Wat voor vissen wil je gaan houden? Ik had er 2 staven in liggen van 500 watt. 1 op 28 graden en 1 op 26 als back-up dit gaat prima.

ja, zag je advertentie op marktplaats staan! jammer hoor, wat is de reden van het stoppen, en ga je misschien overnieuw beginnen? ben momenteel zelf bezig met aquarium, van de zomer komt er hier eentje van 220+x100x60. hoop dat ie t wel houd in de winter qua warmte, ik wil er eigenlijk maximaal een 500 watt verwarmingssysteem indoen, en het dan isoleren. hoeveel watt gebruik jij? groeten Niek
