these look pretty much like mine, but the face is a little different. i find my corys tend to lay eggs like mad when the temp gets to 22 degrees C. i think it would be like the cool of the rain in a summers day that makes them spawn, good luck

@CorydorasInvasion My corys breed all the time, the best way is to have a seperate cory tank, many plants, many pieces of drift wood, sand substrate, for a few days feed blood worms, brine shrimp, any other special tasty treats. When you are ready to spawn, do a cooler 25% water change, and add some ice cubes, to simulate rain. That evening/night they should spawn if you have an adequate amount of females and males.

Okay, you only need 3 or 4 more albinos and they will feel better... Corys like to Party, without Party they will not survive. Corys get very old, usually. 10+ years... @surpremeARA915 ... it`s a Fish...

Never had algae etc... cause i keep my Corys in Cleaned Water (with these Water cleanerd, don`t know the name...) and be careful with the Sun (one Sun Ray per square millimeter for 1 Second= algae!), or maybe your lights have the wrong colour! If you still have algae, your Water Ph is going up and down? Usually that doesn`t happen with older Aquariums where the Ph keeps stable itself. Aquarium was new that time ;) has Algoe now, too (sun!) but I`ll keep light off for 3 or 5 days to get rid of it

4545 views ... at least they are not totally forgotten! WOW! To any fishkeeper out there... The Amazon is a playground for the same idiots who like to play war like a child on planet earth. Take a breathe and all corydoras will only be left in our small fish tanks. They pollute the water digging for Gold, they want to control the amazon etc. etc. etc. See also L 46 and all Plecos! If there is anyone out there who can help me out with breeding(already tried everything), please leave a comment...

@andybmth1 hehe, yes, but unfortunately only in Japan, china, maybe in the Us, too. In Germany I paid 20 Euro a fish... I Would never sell them unless they get a lot of babys or the buyer can proof that they will have a good life and understanding what he will own... Also he must own the technology of teleportation of animals, `cause the Corydoras you see here DON`T LIKE to fly with airplanes. They tod me they prefer clean water and they can`t imagine to use some bodyparts to fly like a bird!
