I recently bought a pair of blue diamond discus and they were healthy for about three weeks but after a recent water change one of the discus started becoming sick and later in three to four days it died. Now the remaining discus is also showing signs of sickness. If anybody know about the reason and a proper solution to cure it, then comment in the comment section. Secondly never feed beef heart mixes and the discus would get tape worm infection.If you want to fatten the discus with beef heart mix then be prepared to quarantine the discus at least once every 3 months in a separate bare bottom tank with prazipro medication so that tape worm will die and will come out.Also during medication keep water very well aerated.
When feeding discus with tetra bit use garlic guard liquid with fish food which will encourage discus to feed as well as kill any parasites in its gut.
Keep temp at least at 28 to 29c
but how many times has this happened ! ,so you might save the fish but may need a second treatment or evan a third to recover .
Also feed it fresh shaved mussel meat or beef hart with a tip of a teaspoon of fresh crushed garlic or dry granules from your supermarket this will atract a sick or fussy eater to feed again.

also add some methylene blue into the water... here the link: https://www.thespruce.com/methylene-blue-1379926.. methylene blue you just need to drop around 7-8 drops..
after that, if you have aquarium heater you can add it and set it into 29-30 celcius... if you dont have it also ok..
mix all of them 1 day before you move your fish, or at least half a day, don't directly move your fish into it.. dont, forget to move the airstone oxygen, into your treatment tank.. dont feed the fish for 1 day full, day 2 you can start to feed them but with small portion..
if your fish start to eat again, its a good sign... leave your fish for 4-5 days in treatment tanks... and dont forget to do quarter or half water changes every day... hope it will help...
