U can feed shrimps telapia fish meat mixtures.
Temp is a must and should be constant throughout the lifecycle of arowana. Water should be dechlorinated. Maintaining ph is necessary but at the end of the day what comes out of your tap water is what u should target of allowing your arowana to adapt to. So, its not advisable to provide water buffers to alter hardness.
A key to success should be water quality. So bigger aquariums provide for more room for the fishes to swim and dilution of fish waste. Bio media should be kept in hand before setting up a arowana or any fish's tank. Allow the water to cycle. Check your ammonia nitrate and nitrite levels. You can use ceramic rings or lava rocks in your sump for the beneficial bacteria to populate. You can also use wet dry filtration setup if you find ceramic rings expensive. Arowana's aren't demanding but like any other fish. It's your water quality and food that determines the health and well being of your fish. The fish will get its color which is genetically passed from parents genes. It is juvenile that is why it is not showing true colors. No body keeps arowanas even for display purpose on such small tanks. It is unethical and cruelty.

When people have a hobby they do research on it and that's why they are confident to spend money without loss
Any normal person who doesn't know about aquariums and all why would that person buy an expensive fish it would quickly die
Spending money on your hobby without any bad losses shows your knowledge in it
Question:What's the use of buying a sports car when a normal suv can travel the same distance?it's technically the same but the feel and joy of haveing one is different

It's called Drop eye,,not dropsy 2nd there is no issue if we feed live food if we did that in garlic guard ,, 3rd price are damn high as compared to any farm including quan hu..4th ish have all variety of Arowana and they keep them in 3-4th floor

You can start with 120 gallon grow out tank and then shift it to 200 or more gallons as the arowana grows. From the video, the aquarium is hardly of 55 or 75 gallons. Which is much below for the bare minimum requirement of arowanas.

The disease which Mr.Ish mentioned isn't called dropsy. It's called drop eye syndrome. Dropsy is a disease which causes the entire body to bloat up with raised scales. Also drop eye is very common is silver arowana. It hardly occurs in Asian arowana.
