Hello friends I'm new in discus fish keeping, before a month ago I bought a 4" pair or red melons but after a month their red color is become Orange :( expert please guide me what to do for bringing their red colors back.

Xhadow Lord it it is the dye in the food you are providing. Mostly likely it is more of a dye closer to orange then to red.

How was kenny's tank setup? Did he use an overflow or a sump system? didn't quite see one, but i did notice he had a 60% drainage valve near the bottom front and a return pipe. I'm always interest in breeders fish room setup...and forgot to ask, what size tank did kenny use? looks like 65gal....

Sorry to be honest i have no clue as to how Kenny sets up his tanks but i believe he said that his tanks size are 55gal tanks. Kenny is a good guy if you ask him yourself i'm pretty sure he would tell you what his setup is.
