I would try just to be safe feeding them some intestinal parasite pellets. Its very common in discus and first sign is not eating

discus are mean fish man..i had like 8 of them...and one was agressive twords them all...now hes the only one left...:[ , hope your discus begin to school better bro

Definitely keep an eye out for white feces, sure sign of internal parasites. If continues to not eat and hide it'll definitely need treatment. Some of my discus have gotten that before too.

The fish is stressed out its bottom of the pecking order and its making it unwell I lost one in my 180 today the little white one and that was the exact same scenario

Seems like he has a internal problem. Either internal bacteria or internal parasites. Discus catch these to things very easy so its good to every couble weeks or months put in a parasite guard to clean out their systems. But it seems yours already has it so you should go to simply discus fourm and ask them and they will be able to tell you which it is (internal bacteria or parasites) and which treatment you should use. Hope this helps!

You have juvenile discus you need a bare bottom tank to grow them out you're not doing enough water changes the fish is stressed out .
You should read more about how to grow juvenile discus out
