you need increase oxygene aeration on your aquarium discus breath at the surface slightley and check your nitrate level may be it is above 40 ppm which cause low oxygene level also check your external filter if it is dirty cause even the aquarium is clean it may dump high nitrate continously

2-3 months , make sure you dont clean too clean , when you chose a day to clean ur filter , DONT DO WATER CHANGE AT THE SAME TIME , that will make ur discus SICK , CLOUDY EYE , GRILL POP OUT , it happen to me once ,,, and im freaking scare to these day
