Can you use epsom salt with young fish ? I have common bristlenose catfish suffering with what I think is bloat/dropsy - I am having regular deaths with bloated bellies- but they are still young - say approx 3 months old at about 1 and half cm to 2cm

Very helpful video.
I placed my fish in the epsom bath for 5 mins. I then placed him back in the tank. He looks very stressed. Breathing very quickly, laying on the bottom of the tank. What should I do next?

it won't be 100% precise but I've added little less than 1/2 teaspoon to 1liter for 10min bath.. I assume it shouldn't do harm as I was using with success the measurements from the old vid that as I remember correctly were greater..

for a 20-gallon tank, half a teaspoon. 1/8 of a teaspoon for five gallons, so times that by four use 4/8. :)

Gina Rodriguez You treat the fish in a separate container. Not in tank. He’s saying if the container u put ur fish in is 1 gallon u would put 17g of Epson salt in. If it’s more, you would do the math. But if u treat fish in tank, you would add like 5g
