Wow that's definitely turning into the dream fish room. You have to be so freakin excited. Good to see quality work taking place. I would be interested to know if the flow rate will be the same on all tanks. For example will you get the same amount of water change on the furthest tank with having no individual flow adjustment? I don't think it will have a large impact if any, but maybe an idea for a later video. Keep up the good work fellas!!

The RO lines are awesome. I have been using them for about 8 months now. I ended up still running a larger 1" pvc loop around the room along with my air loop then tap off of it for the RO lines. That way, I have alot more pressure around the room and it's not decreased noticeably by the number of tanks on each line. I also use the inline valves you can get for RO to let me adjust the individual tanks.

Can you reuse the water that dehumidifier pulls out? Or is it full of pollutants...I'm starting to have serious humidity problems in my living room...way to many tanks

Depends on the dehumidifier, the water from it is very acidic. I've seen it used for goldfish with lots of water changes etc that has buffers in it. I'd avoid shrimp tanks with it.

So, stupid question. What keeps your smaller livestock in the tank when you have an auto-change system like that? Especially things that have a disposition for going above the water line anyway (like snails).

Hi Cory, do you have any kind of water pressure reducing valve between the rainbird irrigation solenoids and the new black tubing that takes water to the tanks? Is there any special kind of adaptor that goes between the soleoids and the black tubing? Anyway, the black tubing and connectors look pretty slick compared to running pvc around the room for water changes. Thanks for the update!!

No pressure reducer. You have to adapt from 1 inch down to 1/4 inch for the tubing but it's done with a couple nylon adapters.

Love your content Cory, wish I can get a one on one when it comes to turtle/herp keeping, that's my jam. Been keeping turtles for over a decade and love to bring advanced fish keeping techniques over to the husbandry of my lil dragons. After all, most aquatic turtles can live up to 30 years and are a life long commitment. But seriously, would love to reach out and do at least one episode with the guys over at turtleroom/pond talk those guys blow my mind with their knowledge
