The problem is they need cooler temps.. which is a PITA if you live in warm areas and it's such a hassle to keep them in wine chillers or something just to keep them alive and breed them.... grindals are probably the way to go, just saying.

I have a white worm culture growing under the lid of my guppy tank and the eat the flacks that I feed them. When the adult guppies are hungry they jump out of the water and eat them. Then I get some off to feed the fry in the tank and it helps them grow a lot!

I do. Have all the pumps/power heads hooked up to a separate power strip (mounted inside wall of cabinet). Just turn the rocker switch off, add food, give them 5 min or so to feed then turn it back on. Will not harm the motors

I have double red apistogramma myself and they are pretty easy to keep but a little tough to breed. they need an acidic to neutral ph and very soft water to have good batches hatch out. but to just keep they are no harder then other fish. they do like a complex habitat, lots of caves or lots of plants and dither fish such as neons help out alot to to keep them from being realy shy.

I had a little Question about your apistogramma i fell in love with the species and want to get some for my own aquarium i havent had a tank in a few years how are your experiences with these fish? are they relatively easy to keep or should i wait with getting them? i got my eye currently on some apistogramma cacatuoides. i'd hope someone can give me some feedback on these lovely fish

Please do white worms on Aquatic Jungles. You could sell a cup full for ten dollars and you would probably attract some people that don't even raise them for fish.

A small wine cooler works great for white worms, also you can pick up some plastic canvas from craft supply stores instead of glass to put on top of the bread the worms can go right through it that way
