One of my favorite tanks on YouTube. I am absolutely obsessed with aquarium co-ops tank. Especially when he puts the food in the tank and the tiger barbs and clown loaches all form one big ball of orange and black feeding frenzy! Such a beautiful sight. His giraffe cats are so unique and compliment the tank well. And I am in awe of his school of archers. I happen to be lucky enough to have a Burmese clouded freshwater archer and it is by far my (most expensive) and favorite fish they are so unique and their blotched coloring is so beautiful and itd be a dream come true to have a whole school of them!

You mentioned that your tank isn't as clear as you'd like, but I think it's clearer than you think. It looks cloudy only because of the tank material. If it was glass, the tank would be crystal clear.

Hey Mike, can you explain me Cory saying that not dozing Easy Green got him algae? Doesnt algae grow when there is too many nutrients in the water ? (It doesnt make any sense to me, please halp)

flourish excel will do the same, I am trying it right now for black hair algae that spreads due to contact, and after only two doses I can see a difference - you have to use 5 times the regular dose to start: 5 ml for 10 gallons X 5 = 25 ml for 10 gallons, I am in my 35 gallon so let's say 4x25 ml = 100 ml just under half a cup per dose, every other day so my 500 ml bottle won't last long but if it works then it's worth the $18 Big Al's charged me. I have read lots of reviews that say it works great with no harm to the fish, plus there are lots of videos here hth :)

maniatikoleal because the proper plants have less nutrients to utilise, the algae doesn’t utilise most of the nutrients in the easygreen, however the plants do, so if there is easy green, then they can use up more excess fish waste which means less for the algae

I haven't really thought about the scale of that tank until he made the 4 foot wide comment. I looked over at my 75 gallon and realized that if I stacked two or 3 of them on top of each other that it would just be the side profile haha.
