Male discus watching eggs of both females. The yellow/orange marlboro discus is the alpha male, the leader in my discus tank. Females are always fighting for his attention especially the yellow and red melon discus. So he gets busy with these two. The red turquoise female discus wants in on the action as well but he totally disses her so sometimes she lays her eggs all by herself.....sniff, sniff........... I don't know what my other discus are male or female but I hope I have one extra male among my seven discus cause I do not think that the malboro alpha male can handle all the females by himself:))
