Everyone, report this video for animal abuse. They're feeding them goldfish and goldfish were selectively and artificially bred just to be pets. No goldfish has ever naturally been in the wild. Plus, frozen food is just as good if not better than live food, and I really hate that people don't get that. I do not know how one can enjoy watching a weak, poor fish get half of its body bitten off and still attempt to swim for their lives. How do these pricks sleep at night.

The tank with all the Asian arowanas and freshwater Ray's was my favorite by far but the next aquarium had a true parrot cichlid ( C.psittacom, I know cichlasoma got broken up a while back but I'm not sure what the correct name is) and those use to be super uncommon . I always had datnoids with Asian arowanas , they are such an awesome fish especially when they have the wide bars ....

....I can still see water between the fish, there is space enough!
(You're way of keeping fish is totally different than how I keep them at home.)
Edit: Nothing personal, I have a problem with most aquariumshops.
Always a lot of fish in a clear tank and some fish are just to big for the tank.
Hopefully the fish will be sold quickly....

It's very interesting to read the comments because they are very similar about this sort of aquariums. In Germany most of the fishkeepers would say that all these tanks are overstocked and thats my opinion too. I can't understand why people put so much huge fishes in thier tanks. I like huge fishes too but when I'm not able to keep it i shouldn't do it. That's my opinion but I'm sure that many americans can't understand it.

The first tank is not 300 gallons. I would guess between 750 to a 1000 and still way to small for the stocking he has in there. The 2nd tank is not only over stalked he's feeding a bunch of great fish feeders that i would bet my house on are full of parasites and God knows what else.. Kinda sad.

Clear water doesn’t mean it’s good water... I’m sick of seeing people say “oh it’s ok that the tank is overstocked cause the water is clear”. Water clarity and parameters are not always linked. I’ve had super clear water before but parameters that were detrimental to my fish’s survival.

THe first clip is from a Polish guy. The Peacocks are the biggest species of Peacocks. They don't have teeth either. Well it's a little worse than Largemouth teeth. The Cats were some sort of Armored cats.

The reason you shouldn't use goldfish or rosy red minnows as feeders is BC they very fatty and carry a lot of parasites (unless you've bred them yourself or treated them in advance) they are high in copper sulfate too, but mainly BC they also contain an enzyme called thiaminase that blocks thiamine absorption in the predator. Over time, this creates a thiamine deficiency and can lead to neurological problems, shorter life span ending in death.

Defiant Bro ... Joey from DIY Aquarium has many rays with bare bottom tanks and he is probably more experienced than 99% of fishkeepers. These are freshwater rays, keep in mind.

That right there tells me you know nothing about caring for marine life. I bet you've never owned a fish for longer then a month or two. Sting Rays need sand, they hide in it burying them selves so they're hidden from other fish which without sand would stress them out thus resulting in them dying.

Blaze AP I believe ASIAN Arowanas are still illegal in the U.S. If you've seen ASIAN Arowanas in a Cabelas, I loosely assume they are possibly leftovers from before the ban or not ASIAN Arowanas. Understand there are different types of this not so attractive species, some of which are quite legal in the U.S. ASIAN Arowanas are legal in Canada; The King of DIY owns one.
