Actually the ADA soil is different from the ECO complete. The ECO is hard like gravel. While the ADA soil is more soft like dirt. I totally agree, bigger tanks ECO complete perfectly fine. If you had smaller tanks, ADA is good stuff to use.

ADA is nice, but when you have to buy x8 (20lb) bags of soil.. its hard to justify spending $50 a bag on ADA.
Maybe I'll top off the top with ADA down the road.
