this is my planted discus tank. 1 Indian Tiger 1 Altum Carnation 1 Red Snake Skin 1 Pidgeon Blood Checkerboard the larger discus are about full size. 12 mixed tetras I angel Ram I do a 50% water change every 2-3 days. I feed blood worms, beef heart and flakes. My temp is at about 84F. My PH sits at about 6.5. I use lots of drift wood to keep the water acidic and I use Prime during each water change. For my plants, I have eco complete substrate and a DIY CO2 canister. I dose Flourish once a week as well for nutrients. I have 4 T5 bulbs over my tank with about 99 watts. I have about 12 different plant species. My favorite are the jungle val plants. They look awesome swaying in the current.
