And feed them live blackworms and frozen white mosquito larvae.
Change 80% every third day and do that and they can bounce back.
You would also need heavy surface agitation, since warmer water has less oxygen.
If you keep those in with the parrots they are going to fade away and probably die in 6 months.
That is just what I would do though. And that is the best advice I can give you.
If they grow up together, the Discus are as big as the BP I think it can be done.
Although it can be hard to make sure that the Discus get enough food.
They are very finicky eaters and the Parrots may steele all food before the Discus can get it.
It depends on how experianced you are of keeping Discus.

First 2 treatments with esha hexamita.
Then a full treatment with API General Cure.
And finally 1,5 cure with Waterlife Octozin.
