Love ur fish tour i love chiclids i just bought 3 of them i had bought a pair an he was very agressive towards her so i bought another female cuz i read that somewhere then he was chasing both of them an the 1st female (from the pair) an she started chasing the 2nd female. At first i had a chest hiding place an he wouldnt allow them in he was biting both of them so i figured i would add another ship for shelter an he took that one as well so he is the only one allowed in.. So my question is what can i do to fix this an get them to get along any ideas? Thank u btw i love watching ur fish videos keep up the great work..

thanks patricia. so with cichlids sometimes the less fish you have the worse the aggression. if you only have 3 fish it is easy for the bully to single one out and kill it. if you have 10 the aggression is spread out so it can be better for all. also if you have decorations and you see a fish claiming a spot it is a good idea to rearrange the tank. if u never let them claim a spot then they don't have anything they try to aggressively defend

Harrison Yeung. Lol. I'm married for 25 years and have 2 kids and 10 tanks. The key? Make sure you get the spouse into the hobby by showing them what you love about it. My wife appreciates sitting in the dark main fish room enjoying the quiet, the calm sounds of the water, and the beauty of the fish.
