Frozen food isn't overated omnivore and carnivore fish NEED some form of live/frozen food at least once a week, and I hv been feeding Tetra to my fish for many months now, and they look awesome.... U take really good care of your plants but I think u may be neglecting your fish and after all, fish are the ones that have the feelings

I personally use OmegaOne and Aqueon, I personally cannot find NewLife Spectrum, plus my fish are perfectly colorful without it. I'm still thinking about switching to it if I can find it.

yeah food really makes a difference I cant see much in my other fish but for you cichlid people. buy hikari gold. it made my colors explode in a week. its more expensive but its worth it.
