+BeautifulHazelEyes Acosta if Snookin21 is still around you could give him a try. He sometimes advertises on Aquabid. Those big Solomons would be very difficult fish to source. I only had them that one time and was lucky to get them.

I was talking about natural environment, and you about color. something compelely different, knowing that the most colourful fish (i'm not talking about salt water fish) are the result of genetic selection and human "tricks", just like humans created this awfull fat goldfish... i think in nature discus are more brown / blue ? so the red, yellow,... discus may be the result of human "breeding strategy" ? Anyway, I like natural looking aquariums and fish more. Personal.

@TheBSideDJ They come with varying amounts of colour. Generally the more color the more they are worth.

@mrmoenator2 Lots of fun and lots of work (water changes). Keep them warm, around 86F, and feed them lots of frozen foods. There are many great articles about their care requirements. You'll do great.

Are discus fun? are they are to take care of? Im going to be upgrading my tank to a 90 gallon soon and i want something more than my fancy goldfish, even thought i love them!

@BESTBBQDUDE The big two together on the left hand side of the tank have spawned a couple of times. I also pulled a male out of this group that I have been crossing with domestic females. You can see him in some of my other videos.
