Discus introduced to tank 07/04/2015. 14 Wild Inanu semi royal supplied by Francis @ Chens Discus in the UK. Other aquarium occupants include - Lemon tetra's, Cardinals, Hatchets, Brochis Splendens, pair Macmasteri dwarf cichlids and one Ancistrus. Aquarium is 2000mmL X 1000mmH X 620mmW and supplied by Fish Finatics. overall water volume including sump is about 270 uk Gal. The tank is Amazon themed; the planting is not meant to represent aquatic foliage, with the exception of the lily. I'm more going for a flooded forest theme.

should never buy wild caught fish :( btw all those colorful discuss are not real wild caught? meaning the colors were bread into them in captivity?

Thanks mate - can't do anything about the colour. These are wild discus straight out the Amazon, just had to go with what mother nature dealt me.

Hi Joao - It is a mix of Scottish oak, Rhododendron and Birch. pre soaked for several months prior to installing in tank. Apologies for not replying sooner.
